Simply Subtle Trio

In the early days of Simply Subtle, there was a Trio - Chris provided lead vocals and guitars, Steve Clark was still pounding out the bass and backing vocals, and Rob Nemoff was providing the drums (and the name) behind the sound of Simply Subtle. This trio played a number of early shows before Rob moved away from DC to pursue life and James Kirby joined the band.

A Voice of Reason

A VERY loud band that played dive bars and house parties in Northern Virginia circa 2007.  These were the only 5 songs to ever be recorded and they are all recorded live in a single take in one room.  That's rock & Roll.

The Woodcats

While not an official band, this is what I have come to call the group of musicians (cats) I played with while living in Hollywood in 2010 & 2011.  Most were recorded in my studio apartment in Hollywood, CA, but a few were recorded in a cabin on Big Bear Mountain, in CA.
