The Rambler Overdrive Deluxe is Rambler Effects’ top overdrive pedal, made for players who want full control over their tone. Inspired by the classic Marshall Bluesbreaker™, it can add a warm, smooth breakup or a powerful, bold sound that beats many boutique pedals.
Its standout feature is two clipping switches. The Soft Clipping switch lets you choose between Rambler’s custom clipping, the classic “BB” clipping, or no clipping, turning the pedal into a dynamic boost that shapes your overall tone. The Hard Clipping switch adds the famous King of Tone-style bite, increasing versatility and edge.
Called a "library of textures and tones," this pedal offers many clipping and boost options to fit any style. The Deluxe version adds six kinds of hard clipping—like warm Germanium, sharp Silicon, clear Schottky, and bright LED diodes—plus a 3-way Bright switch to soften harsh highs.
